Abstract

The paper presents an analysis of studies and publications use the theories of learning using ICT survey of teachers on the knowledge and use of theories of learning in professional activities and professional development using ICT reasonably use theories of constructivism and connektivism in Postgraduate Education for professional development of teachers using ICT. The prospects of interaction of education based kollaboratsiyi and cooperation in Postgraduate Education for professional development of teachers. Conditions and case studies theories constructivism and connektivism for professional development of teachers in service teacher training through the use of information and educational environment of postgraduate education.
