Open Access Policy

“Open Educational E-Environment of the Modern University” is a Diamond Open Access journal.

The publisher applies the International Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0) to every article published in the Electronic Scientific Professional Journal “Open educational e-environment of modern University”. The articles are published on the OJS platform on an open-access basis. The Journal allows the authors to retain publishing rights and to hold the copyright without restriction.

The CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 license allows users to copy and share an article, with no commercial purpose, it allows to share transformed, adapted or edited published material, but the user must provide a link to official publications through the appropriate DOI and provides a link to the license.

Authors should provide all data and materials presented in the article upon request of the editorial board. Provided that this does not violate the anonymity of the survey of people during the study.

Editors are obeying the law “Protection of personal data and privacy”. In addition, editors always protect the confidentiality of personal information obtained through research and other professional activities. In particular, authors always need to obtain written consent for publication from individuals who may recognize themselves or be known by others (eg, photos). Personal information may be published without the explicit consent, if it outweighs the public interest, or if it is impossible to obtain consent and the person, would not be against the publication.

During submission, authors ensure that the downloaded manuscript is not submitted for review and publication in other editions.

 

 Content Licensing

  1. The authors grant the journal the right to publish their manuscript for the first time under the license Creative Commons (Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0), which allows others to read freely, download, copy and print submissions, search for content and link to published articles, share their full text and use for any legitimate non-commercial purpose (including educational or scientific) but obligatory link to authors works and the original publication in this journal.
  2. Published original articles may no longer be used by users (other than authors) for commercial purposes or distributed by third part on a fee basis.

 

FAIR principles

The journal encourages authors to follow the international FAIR principles (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable), which promote the discoverability, accessibility, interoperability, and reusability of data. Adherence to FAIR principles increases the scientific value of research and supports its integration into the global scholarly ecosystem.

The journal adheres to an open research data policy, encouraging authors to deposit their datasets in recognised repositories and include the corresponding DOI in their publications.
