“Open Educational E-Environment of a Modern University” is an electronic peer-reviewed scientific journal with an international editorial board. Its mission is to promote scientific achievements in the field of the digital transformation of higher education and to highlight innovative pedagogical practices contributing to the development of a modern educational environment.

The journal publishes high-quality original research articles devoted to the theoretical and methodological foundations of the digitalization of teaching and learning, as well as to the organizational and technological aspects of implementing IT solutions and using digital tools in educational sciences, educational management, and educational practice.

The editorial board also considers general scientific and interdisciplinary studies on digital technologies, whose results advance the aforementioned fields.

The aim of the electronic professional scientific journal “Open Educational E-Environment of the Modern University” is to create an open intellectual space for presenting innovative achievements in the field of educational sciences and to promote the digital transformation of the educational environment.

The main objectives of the journal are:

The journal publishes results that reveal theoretical, methodological, and practical aspects of the development, implementation, and use of digital technologies in the fields of educational sciences, educational management, and educational practice.
  • Support for interdisciplinarity. General scientific and interdisciplinary studies of digital technologies are also considered, provided that their findings are conceptually oriented toward application in education.
  • Integration into the international scientific community. It aims to integrate the results of domestic scientific activity into the international research space.
  • Ensuring open access. The journal seeks to enhance the accessibility, visibility, and dissemination of scientific works, providing researchers and universities with the opportunity to freely use the published information.
  • Adherence to high ethical standards. The editorial team is committed to monitoring compliance with publication ethics and principles of academic integrity during the preparation and dissemination of scientific work.
